About the event
Blue Zone Dance will take place every first Sunday of the month. Research shows that dancing is one of the healthiest sports. Blue Zone Dance is a combination of a Dance workout & Ecstatic Dance. Suitable for all ages but specially designed for people over 50. The music and the voice of the instructor enter your ears through headphones. If it rains heavily, this event will take place indoors.
