A well-founded treatment plan

After an extensive initial consultation in which I ask many analytical questions, I often do additional laboratory or DNA research. Based on all the findings, I make a treatment plan. In some cases, I have an immunologist or lifestyle doctor join. These doctors can also be consulted directly through my practice.

The treatment plan consists of two pillars:

Body:
Natural nutrition, exercise, orthomolecular therapy/kPNI, intestinal therapy, Ayurveda, infusion therapy, immunotherapy, increasing adaptive capacity.

Spirit:
relaxation/stress release, mindfulness and motivational interviewing.

My clients tell me that they like that I don't make the treatment plan too difficult. Through small steps, optimal health is achievable for everyone.
